The speed of the transfer depends on the miner's fee provided by the transferor, and the transfer can be credited to the account only when the transfer reaches the required number of block confirmations. A TXID will be generated after the transfer, and this TXID is the only basis for querying the transfer progress. You can provide the TXID to the customer service and request the customer service to check the progress of the network transfer on the website. Note: If the miner's fee is too low, it will take longer to reach the account.
3. Network congestion will affect the transfer rate of the transferor's platform, please be patient. Please contact online customer service if the account is not received after 48 hours of initiating the transfer.
4.CoinCola does not support the transfer of ETH, USDT-ERC20 and GUSD smart contracts. If the transferor’s wallet uses smart contracts to transfer your ETH, USDT-ERC20 or GUSD to CoinCola, we need to charge a 50USDT technology recovery fee. Please contact online customer service to register. NOTE: When you transfer ETH, USDT-ERC20 or GUSD to CoinCola, you must ask whether the transferor uses the smart contract transfer method.
