Due to occasional operational errors during deposits and withdrawals, such as entering incorrect addresses or cryptocurrency information, CoinCola kindly reminds you to:

In case of accidental errors, upon receiving your request, we will do our utmost to retrieve your digital assets and will charge a fee for manual and technical costs. If retrieval is unsuccessful, CoinCola will refund the fee. CoinCola cannot support retrievals for transfers to different cryptocurrencies on other platforms.
First Case: Deposits Below the Minimum Threshold
CoinCola has set minimum deposit limits for each cryptocurrency and reminds users accordingly. If you deposit an amount below this limit, we currently do not support retrieval services. Please verify the details before depositing!
Second Case: Incorrect Transfers Between Different Cryptocurrencies or Within the Same Cryptocurrency's Networks
Due to user errors, a cryptocurrency supported by the platform may be transferred to a different currency or to a different network within the same currency(such as transferring BTC to a BCH address, or transferring ETH tokens into an address of a different cryptocurrency). CoinCola will charge a fee of 0.1 BTC for manual and technical costs in such cases. These operations involve complex technical processing, and CoinCola by default only supports the retrieval of the following cryptocurrencies and their corresponding network transfer errors:
Note: Different cryptocurrencies and networks have distinct technical characteristics, therefore we cannot guarantee that all similar transfer errors will be successfully resolved. If you wish for our assistance in retrieving funds, our technical team will first need to assess your specific situation. Once it is verified and confirmed that the funds can be retrieved, CoinCola will charge a fee of 0.1 BTC for manual and technical costs.
Third Case: Deposits via ETH or GUSD Smart Contracts
CoinCola currently does not support deposits through ETH and GUSD smart contracts and will charge a fee of 50 USDT for manual and technical costs (limited to smart contract transfers within the same ETH network; transfers between different ETH networks will still incur a fee of 0.1 BTC).
Note: CoinCola cannot support the retrieval of deposits made via EOS smart contracts.
Fourth Case: Incorrect or Missing XRP Tag Code
Users who are unfamiliar with the XRP deposit process and deposit XRP to their CoinCola account without entering the correct Tag code. CoinCola has set a minimum processing threshold of 1000 XRP and will charge a 5% XRP fee for manual and technical costs.
Fifth Case: Incorrect or Missing EOS Memo Code
Users who are unfamiliar with the EOS deposit process and deposit EOS to their CoinCola account without entering the correct memo code. CoinCola has set a minimum processing threshold of 50 EOS and will charge a fee of 5 EOS for manual and technical costs.
Sixth Case: Withdrawing to a Different Cryptocurrency on Another Platform
In cases of user error, such as withdrawing to a different cryptocurrency on another platform, CoinCola cannot support retrieval. However, for cases where XRP withdrawals are returned due to incorrect Tag codes or EOS withdrawals are returned due to incorrect memo codes not meeting the requirements of the receiving platform, CoinCola can support retrieval.
Seventh Case: Depositing Unsupported Cryptocurrencies
In instances of user error, such as depositing unsupported cryptocurrencies (like DOGE, BNB, SOL, TRX, USDC, etc.), CoinCola cannot retrieve them. Before depositing, please ensure to confirm the supported cryptocurrencies and networks of the platform to avoid financial loss. Note: In the event of BSC tokens being mistakenly transferred to the platform, once the technical team verifies and confirms that the funds can be recovered, CoinCola will charge 0.1BTC as a fee for manual and technical costs.
If your mistaken transfer meets the above retrieval conditions, please contact our online customer service through the official website or APP, explain the situation, and apply for retrieval (you will need to provide relevant proof as required). The retrieval process generally takes 2-3 weeks. Please be patient while our technical staff handles your request. Due to the technical characteristics of different currency networks, we cannot guarantee that all similar errors will be resolved. If we are unable to successfully recover your assets, we will refund the fees you paid free of charge.
