In the email, please provide us with the following information:
- Your CoinCola username, or the phone number/email you used during registration.
- Provide photos of your ID card (front and back) and a selfie with your ID card (clear and visible, taken in a well-lit environment, and matching the ID card you have already verified with CoinCola).
- A brief description of your problem.
We will process your request within two working days after receiving your email.
Please note that if your account is not verified, we won't be able to change your email verification.
